Windows 10 Loading Cursor

  • Jun 20, 2018 - So, when i right click on my desktop my cursor turns to the blue. Jun 19, 2018. I know people have made threads about this before but i still. I have read of restarting windows explorer but nothing happened.
  • Aug 19, 2015  Cursor keeps flashing busy in Windows 10? I just upgraded to Windows 10 yesterday from 8.1. Today when I turned on my computer, my cursor will not stop flashing busy every other second. I've looked at Task Manager, but the processes that are running are Windows ones that I can't end (System, Windows Driver Foundation, Desktop Window Manager.

I just installed win 10 in my laptop and doing some update with the driver. but after several days I got my laptop had a malware when it scanned by malwarebytes free. after that, that app fix the OS by removing some file and when I restart my laptop I get some strange task automatically when entering the desktop. The mouse cursor always loading few seconds and always jump when in text area. Lately, I just get that there will be pop up error message 'regsvcs.exe didn't start correctly' right after press the shut down button
I don't know what happen but that's very annoying issue. thx.
